Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is [LEGAL NAME], tax ID [NIF/CIF], registered address [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. For anything related to your data, write to [CONTACT EMAIL].

What we collect

When you sign up we collect your name, your email address and the record of your consent (date and time). We also process basic technical and usage data needed to run the site and understand traffic in aggregate.

Why we use it

To manage your free membership and to send you communications about the club — perks, partners, news and, where applicable, the Paradiso Trip. We don't sell your data or use it for anything else.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box when you sign up (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, with no effect on processing carried out beforehand.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions: Supabase (database hosting), Brevo (email delivery and list management) and Vercel (website hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics). We don't share your data with anyone else except where legally required.

International transfers

Some providers are based outside the EEA. Where that's the case, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. [Confirm your Supabase/Vercel processing region and the applicable safeguard.]

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you're a member. If you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, we delete it or anonymise it, except where we must keep something to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request portability. Email [CONTACT EMAIL] to exercise any of these — it's free. Every email we send also has a one-click unsubscribe. If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish data-protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
