This site presents the Paradiso Club membership and collects free signups from people who want access to the club's perks across the island.

The Paradiso Club name, logo, texts, images and design are owned by the operator or used under licence. You may not reproduce or reuse them without written permission.

We work to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail is free of error. Third-party links are provided for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content.
Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the operator's registered address, unless the law assigns a different jurisdiction.

Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
When you sign up we collect your name, your email address and the record of your consent (date and time). If you joined through an ambassador's link or code, we also record which one, so we can credit them — we never share your identity with them. We also process basic technical and usage data needed to run the site and understand traffic in aggregate.
Why we use it
To manage your free membership and to send you communications about the club — perks, partners, news and, where applicable, the Paradiso Trip. We don't sell your data or use it for anything else.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box when you sign up (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, with no effect on processing carried out beforehand.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions: Supabase (database hosting), Brevo (email delivery and list management) and Vercel (website hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics). We don't share your data with anyone else except where legally required.
International transfers
Some providers are based outside the EEA. Where that's the case, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. [Confirm your Supabase/Vercel processing region and the applicable safeguard.]
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you're a member. If you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, we delete it or anonymise it, except where we must keep something to meet a legal obligation.
Your rights

Every email we send also has a one-click unsubscribe. If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish data-protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Particular terms and conditions of the promotion “Ibiza Closing Weekend — Paradiso Club” (translation; the Spanish text prevails)

1. Organising entity
This promotion, entitled “Ibiza Closing Weekend — Paradiso Club”, is organised by Ibiza Passport, S.L., with Spanish Tax Identification Number (NIF) B93881084, registered office at Paseo Vara de Rey, 1 B, 1st floor, door DR, and contact email contacto@paradiso-club.com, hereinafter referred to as Paradiso Club. The promotion is carried out as a promotional initiative aimed at Paradiso Club Members and shall be governed by these Particular Terms and Conditions and, in all matters not expressly provided for herein, by the General Terms and Conditions of Paradiso Club. The General Terms and Conditions expressly establish that each promotion may be subject to Particular Terms and Conditions specifying the prize, dates, participation requirements, winner selection procedure and any other specific conditions.
2. Nature and purpose of the promotion
Paradiso Club organises this promotion for the purpose of offering one of its members an experience for four (4) people on 9, 10 and 11 October 2026 on the island of Ibiza, under the conditions established in these Particular Terms and Conditions. The promotion constitutes a promotional initiative and an additional benefit offered by Paradiso Club to its members. Registration as a Paradiso Club member and participation in this promotion are free of charge throughout the entire participation period. Participation is not subject to any payment, purchase, contract, acquisition of tickets or entries, surcharge, specific tariff or financial contribution of any kind. All Members who meet the requirements established in these Particular Terms and Conditions shall be included individually and on equal terms in the winner selection procedure. Where the legally established requirements are met, this promotion shall be classified as a random combination for advertising or promotional purposes (“combinación aleatoria con fines publicitarios o promocionales”), in accordance with the applicable legislation.
3. Promotion period
The participation period shall begin on 8 September 2026 at 18:00 and shall end on 30 September 2026 at 23:59. The winner shall be determined on 1 October 2026 in accordance with the procedure established in Section 6 of these Particular Terms and Conditions. Only persons who meet all the requirements established in these Particular Terms and Conditions at the closing date of the promotion shall be entitled to participate.
4. Participation requirements
The promotion is open to persons who: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) are a Paradiso Club Member on the closing date of the promotion; (c) comply with these Particular Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of Paradiso Club; and (d) comply with the admission requirements imposed by the establishments, activities and events included in the prize. Each Member shall be included individually in the selection procedure. If selected as the winner, the Member shall be entitled to enjoy the prize together with three (3) companions of their choice, in accordance with the conditions established in these Particular Terms and Conditions.
5. Prize
One single prize shall be awarded for four (4) people, consisting of an Ibiza Closing Weekend experience for the winner and three companions. The prize shall include: (a) two nights' accommodation for four people at Hotel Bonito Ibiza, from Friday 9 October to Sunday 11 October 2026; (b) on Friday 9 October 2026, dinner for four people at Roto Ibiza; (c) on Saturday 10 October 2026, a boat trip and lunch for four people including catering, admission for four people to Ushuaïa Ibiza for the event scheduled on that date, and admission for four people to UNVRS; and (d) the transfers required to enjoy the prize. Flights: return flights to Ibiza for the winner and their three companions from any capital city of a Member State of the European Union are included, up to a maximum amount of €500 per person and a maximum total amount of €2,000 for all four people. If the cost of the flight for any traveller exceeds the €500 limit, the difference shall be borne by that traveller. The arrangements and specific conditions for purchasing the flights shall be coordinated with the winner by Paradiso Club. Transfers in Ibiza: transfers on the island that Paradiso Club determines to be necessary for the enjoyment of the activities expressly included in the prize shall be included. The prize shall have an approximate total market value of €3,000. The prize includes exclusively the services expressly indicated in this Section and does not include any other expense, service, consumption, upgrade, transfer or item not expressly included in these Particular Terms and Conditions.
6. Winner and alternate winners selection procedure
The winner shall be determined by means of an objective and random procedure linked to the official result of a Spanish National Lottery draw taking place after the close of the participation period. The winning number shall be determined by reference to the winning number of the Spanish National Lottery draw held on 1 October 2026. Eligible participants shall be placed in consecutive order according to the date and time on which they completed their registration with Paradiso Club, with each participant occupying a position from number 1 up to the total number of eligible participants (N). The Spanish National Lottery number used as the reference shall then be divided by the total number of eligible participants (N), and the remainder of that division shall be used to determine the winner. If the remainder is other than zero, the winner shall be the participant whose position corresponds to that remainder. If the remainder is zero, the winner shall be the participant occupying position N. In this way, all eligible participants shall have the same probability of being selected as the winner. Two (2) alternate winners shall also be designated. These shall be the two participants immediately following the winner in ascending order on the list of eligible participants. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not accept the prize within the established period, declines the prize, is unable to enjoy it on the scheduled dates or fails to meet the participation requirements, the winner shall be replaced by the first alternate winner and, failing that, by the second alternate winner. If the winner occupies one of the final positions on the list, the order shall continue from the beginning of the list until the two alternate winners have been determined. Paradiso Club shall retain the ordered list of eligible participants and the documentation necessary to provide evidence of the selection procedure used and the outcome of the promotion.
7. Notification and acceptance of the prize
Paradiso Club shall notify the winner by means of the email address associated with their Paradiso Club account, without prejudice to the use of other available means of contact. The winner shall have a maximum period of 24 hours from the first notification to expressly accept the prize and provide the information required for its management. If, after this period, it has not been possible to contact the winner, the winner has not expressly accepted the prize, has declined it or is unable to enjoy it on the scheduled dates, the first alternate winner shall be contacted and, where applicable, the second alternate winner. Paradiso Club may request the documentation necessary to verify the winner's identity, age and status as a Paradiso Club Member.
8. Conditions for enjoyment of the prize
The prize: (a) is intended for the winner and three companions; (b) must be enjoyed exclusively on the specified dates; (c) may not be exchanged for cash; (d) may not be replaced by other services at the winner's request; (e) may not be divided; (f) may not be marketed, sold or transferred to third parties without the express authorisation of Paradiso Club; and (g) shall be subject to the schedules, operating conditions and other requirements established by the participating establishments, suppliers and event organisers. The winner and their companions must have the documentation required to travel and access the included activities and must comply with the age, identification, dress code, conduct, schedule and any other requirements established by each establishment or organiser. If the winner or any of their companions is unable to travel to Ibiza or enjoy any of the activities on the specified dates, this shall not entitle them to request the cash equivalent, compensation or alternative dates. Residence of the winner in Ibiza: if the winner is habitually resident on the island of Ibiza, the prize must be enjoyed together with three (3) companions who are also habitually resident in Ibiza. Paradiso Club may request such documentation as may reasonably be necessary to verify compliance with this requirement prior to arranging and awarding the prize.
9. Modification, substitution of the prize and force majeure
Paradiso Club reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend or cancel the promotion, in whole or in part, where there is justified cause, force majeure, a fortuitous event or any unforeseen circumstance beyond its control that prevents or substantially hinders the promotion from being carried out under the terms initially established. Likewise, if, due to justified cause, force majeure, cancellation or modification of an event, weather conditions, unavailability of an establishment or supplier, access restrictions, transport problems or any other unforeseen circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Paradiso Club, any of the services included in the prize cannot be provided under the conditions originally announced, Paradiso Club may replace that service with another of similar or greater characteristics and value, whenever reasonably possible. Where it is not possible to carry out a particular activity or reasonably replace it with an equivalent activity due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the control of Paradiso Club, this shall not entitle the winner to claim the monetary value of the affected activity, without prejudice to any rights to which they may be legally entitled. Any material modification shall be communicated to participants or to the winner, as applicable, through Paradiso Club's communication channels. Any modifications shall be made with the aim of preserving the nature and overall value of the experience and without unjustifiably prejudicing the rights acquired by participants.
10. Fraudulent conduct and disqualification
Paradiso Club reserves the right to exclude from the promotion any participant who: (a) provides false, incomplete or incorrect information; (b) uses false accounts or identities; (c) makes multiple registrations, uses different identities or employs any other mechanism intended to obtain an unfair advantage in the selection procedure; (d) attempts to manipulate the selection procedure; (e) breaches these Particular Terms and Conditions or the General Terms and Conditions of Paradiso Club; or (f) engages in any fraudulent conduct intended to alter the normal operation or outcome of the promotion. If any of these circumstances are detected after the winner has been selected, the winner may forfeit their right to the prize, which may then be awarded to the corresponding alternate winner.
11. Liability
Paradiso Club shall be responsible for the proper organisation and management of the promotion in accordance with these Particular Terms and Conditions. However, Paradiso Club shall not be liable for modifications, cancellations, delays or incidents directly attributable to the establishments, suppliers, airlines, transport companies or organisers of the events included in the prize, nor for circumstances of force majeure, fortuitous events or unavoidable events, without prejudice to any liability that may legally correspond to Paradiso Club. Paradiso Club shall likewise not be responsible for any inability to enjoy the prize resulting from personal circumstances of the winner or their companions, including lack of the necessary documentation, failure to comply with admission requirements, late arrival or any other circumstance attributable to them.
12. Announcement of the winner and image rights
Paradiso Club may publicly announce the identity of the winner through its website, social media channels and other owned channels for the purpose of communicating the outcome of the promotion, within the limits permitted by applicable legislation. Any additional use of the winner's or their companions' image, voice, photographs or videos for promotional, advertising or commercial purposes shall be carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and, where required, subject to obtaining the corresponding prior authorisation.
13. Personal data protection
Participants' personal data shall be processed by Ibiza Passport, S.L. for the purposes of managing the promotion, verifying compliance with the participation requirements, determining and contacting the winner and alternate winners, and arranging the delivery and enjoyment of the prize. Where necessary to provide the prize, the strictly necessary personal data of the winner and their companions may be disclosed to hotels, restaurants, airlines, transport companies, activity providers, establishments, event organisers and other suppliers involved in providing the services included in the prize. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, the Paradiso Club Privacy Policy and the General Terms and Conditions.
14. Taxation
The promotion shall be subject to any tax obligations that are legally applicable. Where the regime applicable to random combinations for advertising or promotional purposes applies, Article 48 of Spanish Law 13/2011 of 27 May on gambling regulation, together with any other applicable tax legislation, shall apply. In such cases, the taxable base shall consist of the market value of the prize offered, and the applicable Spanish State tax rate shall generally be 10%, without prejudice to any applicable regional legislation or particularities arising from the territorial scope of the promotion. Paradiso Club shall bear, without passing it on to the winner, any payment on account that may be required as a result of awarding the prize in kind, in accordance with the applicable tax regulations. Such payment on account shall be made by Paradiso Club to the Spanish Tax Authorities. The winner shall be responsible for complying with any personal tax obligations that may arise from receiving the prize.
15. Applicable law
The promotion shall be governed by these Particular Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions of Paradiso Club and applicable Spanish law. Where the promotion meets the legally established requirements to qualify as a random combination for advertising or promotional purposes, the legal and tax regime applicable to such promotional activities shall apply.
16. Acceptance of the Particular Terms and Conditions
Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these Particular Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of Paradiso Club. In the event of any conflict between the two regarding a specific feature of this promotion, these Particular Terms and Conditions shall prevail solely in relation to that specific matter. 8 September 2026.
